We are officially in the HoliDAZE season!! I can’t believe how fast it is going! Now, if we could just get the snow to fly! We hope you are soaking in every minute of this special time of year! December details are below…

STUDIO M MIXER
We are having our second annual STUDIO M MIXER this Sunday – December 10th!! Come join us and other dance families at a Sunday FUNday sip & shop party. The Mixer will be held at Studio M from 3pm-5pm and will feature all of our new Christmas merch plus our current shop inventory. We will also have a limited number of fresh cut Christmas trees for purchase. They are $50/tree and all proceeds go to the scholarship fund. It’s the perfect chance to get some one of a kind Studio M Gear & last minute Christmas presents.
The Competition Company will be available to wrap all of your presents as one of their December FUNdraisers. You can even bring previously purchased gifts for them to wrap.
The cherry on top is that there will be champagne & holiday cookies…yum!
CINNAMON ROLL FUNDRAISER
The cinnamon rolls are on their way & will arrive this week. We know these are a highlight for many families & we are just as excited to deliver them to you. If you ordered from a company dancer, they will be reaching out to plan delivery. If you ordered through the studio link, I will be reaching out next week but plan to pick them up during your scheduled class time. Thanks again to all that ordered! We hope you love them & that they warm your bellies over the holidays!
DECEMBER SPIRIT WEEK & OBSERVATION WEEK
Our monthly spirit week is coming up NEXT WEEK – December 11th-15th. We are going with a NORTH POLE theme so feel free to wear your favorite Christmas gear whether that be an elf costume or Christmas pj’s or an ugly sweater…anything goes. Please be sure to follow basic dress code rules: midriff & bottoms covered, hair pulled back & appropriate shoes. We are inviting up to 2 people per student to watch the last 10min of class! Please click on the attachment below for rules & guidelines. We will surely be dancing to Christmas tunes & we may even have a dance to show.

JINGLE HOP
It’s time for the Jingle Hop again!! We are loving this annual tradition! This year the theme is CELELBRATE!! It most certainly requires a prop so they will get that next week! They will learn the Jingle Hop in class & our hope is that at least one family member will also learn it (there will be a partner section). The family partner can Zoom in to class or learn from the instructional video we will send out. Don’t be shy…please learn the dance, film it with your dancer & either tag us on your favorite platform or send us the video so we can include you in our video montage!! The sillier you get, the BETTER!! We would love to blow up social media with our dance & spread some FUN holiday cheer!!! The silliest video – choreography must be included – will win a $50 credit on their account!!
WINTER BREAK
Winter Break is right around the corner!! The studio will be closed from December 18th-January 7th. We hope this break gives you plenty of time for celebration, R&R, and a week to get back into the swing of things before dance begins again. Enjoy & we will be oh so ready to see you in the New Year!
LATE PAYMENTS
We understand that automatic payments don’t always go through. We will however be assessing a $30 NSF fee if account balances aren’t paid by the 5th business day of the month. We will continue to communicate any issues from our end & appreciate you taking care of them as soon as possible.

COMING UP…
The Performance Company will be performing at Griz halftimes on February 1st & 17th. We would love to have as many of our Studio M family in the audience as possible!
The Adult Hip Hop workshop will be held in February! Registration will open the last week of January.
